Fun Time is important For Children

Movement-based fun time helps enhance and protect children’s physical health. Fun time increases resiliency, emotional and behavioral self-regulation, confidence, motor skills, speech development, and more. Fun time also lowers the risk for depression and anxiety and strengthens the nurturing, trusting relationships between parents and children.

Happy Time

Happiness for children can be achieved in a variety of ways. For example, doing things they are ‘good at’, enjoying fun time and learning activities, it can also mean that they are able to appreciate spending time with others. However, children should not be so focused on achieving happiness as this can lead to stress and depression.
